Twist and Curl Fail
I washed my hair Sunday, and on a whim decided to twist it and roller set on perm rods. I made the twists too small-they look like fake locs to me. At least it was good practice.

This is my natural hair journey. I previously transitioned in 2002 but relapsed in 2005. My hair is coarse and thick. My last relaxer was December 16, 2011. The plan was to transition for 2 years, but I big chopped on September 5, 2012. I’ll use this space to document my progress, products, tools, and styles.
